Flashback: Chile & Bavarian Innovation Ecosystem Meetup
Dr. Dominik Domnik talked about the role of universities as a source of know-how for innovations

On the 3rd of November 2021, the State of Bavaria Office for South America, the Araucanía Working Group, Smart Araucania, IncubetecUFRO and ProChile organized the “Chile & Bavarian Innovation Ecosystem Meetup”, a space where the key stakeholders of both innovation ecosystems met to discuss the role everyone has as to create innovation with impact.
At the event, experts from both innovation ecosystems discussed the role of the public sector, the importance of companies, R&D, VC and startups. As part of the discussion, Dr. Dominik Domnik, LMU IEC Network & Community Lead & EXIST Network Manager at the LMU Munich presented the role of universities as a source of know-how for innovations. On this occasion, he introduced the LMU IEC and the contents of the MGIS to the international colleagues.
With this event the State of Bavaria Office for South America, has created a networking space for exchange, which allows the connection of different stakeholders of both regions to foster new strategic alliances.
