About the event:
In this presentation, you will learn about the founding story of BeginnerLuft and gain insights into the challenges of social entrepreneurship. In doing so, the founders share their personal motivation for starting a business and the process from idea to implementation. Since BeginnerLuft is not selling a product or a traditional service, you will learn why working with people is so special from an entrepreneurial perspective.

BeginnerLuft is a Berlin-based social start-up and accompanies people of international origin with a focus on refugee background on their way into the German labor market in trusting and authentic individual coaching sessions. The organization is committed to an inclusive working world in which everyone can develop their potential regardless of their origin and all can grow together to form a diverse society.
