About the event:
Creative thinking and acting are crucial success factors in the innovation process and of great benefit when working in project phases, while methods for promoting creativity help to adopt new perspectives, dissolve thought blocks, generate original ideas and trigger innovations. In this workshop, you will learn more about aspects of a creative mindset, apply creativity techniques, perform perspective shifts to overcome blockages and fixations, and generate creative solutions.

Workshop contents:
• Getting to know the parameters of creativity
• Overcoming blocks to thinking and changing perspectives
• Applying idea generation techniques

About Dr. Jana Antosch-Bardohn:
Dr. Jana Antosch-Bardohn, wo did her doctorate in Educational Psychology at the LMU Munich, is a professional trainer, facilitator and mediator. She focuses on the areas of creativity and incubation processes, teaching/learning processes as well as media rhetoric. Boasting many years of work experience and numerous academic publications, she already cooperated with various renowned organizations; among them the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt, Siemens or the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung.
